More Abs Inop light Woes

Alright, my abs inop light was on. Car was giving me a low traction light and the brakes would lock up and let go....until the inop light came on. So I replaced the passenger side hub/speed sensor, and cleaned off the back speed sensor. Now the car works fine, all brakes work fine about 90% of the time. The other 10% it still gives a low traction light.

Would a leak in at the master cylinder oring cause the light to come on? I know I need to get it scanned, but the only place I have to go is a dealership, and I don't want to pay them just to scan it....
