My rear calipers are sticking....

My rear calipers are sticking....
My rear brake calipers are corroded and have seen better days. Can I rebuild them or do anything to keep them from binding? I'm sure disassembling them and lubing them up and replacing the seals will make them work like new. Anyone know of a how-to?
