Need Help!!!!

I notice when I start up the car the "ABS ISOP" light stays on and when I release the hand brake the "Brake" and the "Low Trac" lights would blink like crazy. Sometime after driving for a while it goes away or if I step on the brake the lights will freeze and then shuts off. Has anyone encounter a problem like this? I have a 97 TA WS.6 And I cant figure out what is going wrong

Re: Need Help!!!!

Clean the ground post on the passenger side fender liner next to the red positive terminal. Several of the signals that control your "light show" have their grounds terminated at this ground post. Discount your negative battery terminal, remove the wire connections to the ground post, remove the ground post and remove the paint under the post. Reinstall.

Re: Need Help!!!!

My Traction Control comes and goes as it pleases... same thing with ABS... maybe it because I just spin the tires for no reason all the time? I tried cleaning the sensors and their grounds in the rear but the problem came back... IMHO... I think TC and ABS is more of a headache than it is worth...

Re: Need Help!!!!

Remove the connectors at the wheels and clean with electrical contact cleaner.

Also remove your relays and clean the box and contacts.

I had the same problem and this fixed it.
