Question Need Help on deciding Suspension

Hey guys i have a 94 Z28 and i want to start autocrossing. Im pulling the LT1 and putting in a crate 383 with 550 horsepower. My main question is im looking for a really good type of suspension, ive been looking at LG Motorsports, and ive also heard good things about Hotchkis. I plan on doing it all (i.e. K-Member, trail arms, new rear end etc). I just want to make sure that i can be able to handle like i need to. Thanks for your input.

Re: Need Help on deciding Suspension

I think you should go out and get some seat time on the auto-X courses first. Then you can identify what you like and what you don't like about the behavior of your car handling-wise, and you can go from there. Everybody's tastes are different so what works for someone may be disappointing for you.

And if you want a safe first mod, try some wheels/sticky tires. They will do more for you than pretty much any other suspension piece. Good luck.
