Need Help Removing Lug Bolt

Snapped the bolt while removing a lug nut. Whats the best way to get it out of there?

The wheel studs are pressed into the wheel hub. The studs came be hammered out and a new stud can be pulled into placed by threading on an open end lug nut.

Well, it's going to take some serious force to get that thing out. I've got a mini-sledge. I was holding back a bit, but it's not budging yet.
