need some help C5 brakes on 94 Z28

I have a set of C5 brakes ready to go on my 94 Z28 but im having a hard time finding a tutorial for my car. All i am finding are the 96 and newer cars on these tutorials. Is there any information out there for me? Thanks

96-97 have the same brake setup as you have; brake setup changed in 98+.

Alright well can someone clear this up for me please? I have links to 2 tutorials online. These are the only 2 i know of. The first link ( http://www.fbody.com/tech/details.cgi?id=30 ) shows the person scraping the "spindles" or "knuckles" that came factory on his car and using the newer style most commonly found on the LS1 cars. The ones i have are shown on pictures 1,2, and 3. The ones he is using are shown on pics 6, and 7.
NOW and important note: This tutorial is for people looking to upgrade from LT1 brakes to CAMARO LS1 brakes.

The second tutorial shown here: http://www.camarossworld.com/Technical/Brakes/C5/ has a heading on the page that says "Corvette C5 Brake Install on Camaro SS (96 and up)" Notice the "spindles" or "knuckles" on this car. They are already the LS1 style.

Basically what i need to know is do i have to buy these LS1 style "knucles" or "spindles" for my car to make the C5 brake upgrade possible? Or can i do it with the ones i have? If i dont have to buy new ones? What do i have to cut?

Thank you it did help a little. Step 1 hints that i can use the LT1 spindle: "Using a reciprocating saw, cut "ear" (LS1) or "ears" (LT1) from spindle."

However the tutorial shown is the LS1 style. I really would like some good insight on the LT1 install pics would be great. My biggest concern is this part right here:

Those parts circled in red are there to hold the pad in place. With the C5 brakes i think those would definitely be in the way. Sawing those off looks like it might weaken the whole piece. So i dont really know what to do.

Yes you have to cut those off. They are not an integral part as far as strength goes. Top and bottom, straight off. There's also a little piece on the back of the spindle that you may have to grind down, depending on which brackets you buy.
Here's my post after I finished. 5th picture down shows what you will have to cut.

Just a suggestion: use an air cut off wheel to make the modifications vs. a reciprocating saw. I started with a saw on the one side and it took FOREVER to make all the necessary cuts and I went through blades like crazy. I didnt think my cutoff wheel would hold up, but it sliced through it like butter.Theres a few spots where you'll have to finish the cut with the saw but the wheel can do most of the work.

wildweasel,
once you cut the spindal are the calipers mounted on the opposite side.. stock the caliper is towards the back of the car, once cut and upgraded is it moved to the front? i was looking at your pics that you posted, i was confused unless you took those pics from both sides of you car.. the fourth and fifth pic show opposite sides.... thanks

they mount directly behind (or to the right i should say) of the rotor; Esentually in the same position as the stock caliper. Yes, the pictures were taken from different sides.
