need suspension suggestions

I have a 95 6spd with a 9 inch and stock 160,000 mile shocks and springs, so needless to say, I have no traction and the 9 inch has actually beaten a hole in my floor pan where the tq arm mounts. I am loking for some spring and shock suggestions. I do have the adj spohn tq arm and subframes but thats it. Would I still benefit from adj lower control arms. It is mostly a street car with trips to the strip when its not broken...Id say about 70 street and 30 strip use. So I need something that gives good traction at the strip but I can also use to have some fun on the curves and mountains on the interstate.

Re: need suspension suggestions

Adjustable control arms help locate big tires forward or backward in the wheelwell. You should not need those. Just get the LCA relocation brackets and use the lower mounting point for your stock LCA's. These have a big impact on traction. The adjustable panhard rod might be useful if you go to wider tires and need to center your rear end better.

Qa1 ride height adjustable coil-overs are really nice and a relatively easy swap on these cars. My '94 had awesome handling after lowering with the Bilstein shocks and Eibach pro kit springs.
