A newer Accord has better brakes than my Firebird?

My Corscia (DD) has new Thermoquiets(good pads) and good blanks wagners.
it really bites the first 50 feet, then they FADE (yes I replaced fluid) a good bit.
So you might want to make 3 or 4 hard stops and see if the accord is actually breaking better and quicker or its it more perpection!
Good luck. The ls1 brakes are TONS better and I like them a lot compared to the older ones. All 4th gens needed at least ls1 brakes I think.

YOu have to put on the ls1 spindles, there lots of good threads on that. Your looking around 300 for the ls1 brakes if you can do it yourself. Much improved. Usually for 250 you get the ears and the rotors and calipears.
