Ok I got the lowering springs on and today I installed the Rear Bilstein shocks. I noticed that after driving it around ..about 20 miles... the passengerside is lower that the driverside. passenger is 25 3/4 " (to the bottom of the rear fender..above the tire)and the driverside is 26 1/4". what is causing this? any info would really help out. Also what or how do I get rid of all the squeeking in that area? Thanks

my car is the same way and my measurements are the same way. I believe its because of the spare tire and jack. I'm planning on getting an aluminum spacer to stick on top of the pass. side spring to even it out.

I bought mine used, and the guy didn't know what they were. They are red and dropped the car almost 2 inches.

Did you keep the rubber spacer above the rear springs?

If you did, that might be the problem. It has a tapered grove / ramp that the spring sits in. If you rotate it the pig tail end of the spring will not sit down properly.

The wire on the spring is about 1/2". So if the spacer is turned you may have one side cocked up about one turn of spring wire.

I would suggest pulling the rear springs and marking the end of the ramp and the spring so you can make sure that both sides are sitting the same.

If its coming from just behind the rear seats, make sure the top mount of the shock is sitting correctly in the hole or it will squeek like crazy.
