Ok to reverse phb bolt?

I just want to make sure that it is ok if i reverse my phb bolt? The one on the passenger side, i was not able to slide it back in when i put in a tubular phb no matter what. Is it ok if the nut is towards the front? I dont think it would be a problem but I wanted to know if there was a specific reason not to.

Re: Ok to reverse phb bolt?

That bolt is bigger on the non-threaded part than the threads. It may not go in the other way without enlarging the hole in the bracket. Other than that its not important which way it goes.
