Panhard Bar Clearance

I'm having trouble getting my 3" over the axle exhaust pipe to not hit the stock panhard bar. Are aftermarket bars shorter height-wise to allow for more clearance over the stocker?

Here's a pic of my 2.5" duals coming over the axle, I have the BMR panhard bar and relocation kit mentioned above.
