Can someone give me more info on thePANHARD ROD RELOCATION KIT. It looks like the same support bracket. Is it worth it?

This moves the PHR location point lower to allow more room to come up over the axle with your exhaust. THe tubing is also much stronger than the factory stamped parts. I have one of these new that I don't see myself putting on. $150 + shipping.

Is it the same thing as the stock piece? If not, do you have to have an adj PHB?

No, you don't need an adj PHB, but you CAN use one if you want. All it does is replace that stamped steel PHB brace that goes above it and drop the PHB a few inches, so your dual exhaust can clear without deleting factory components (like I did).
