Pedal goes to the floor. Need help!!

I have been dicking with this for a while, and I still can't get the brakes to work. I pulled a master cylinder off of another car, with fluid still in it, and installed it on my car. I got in pushed the brakes and they are still squishy and go to the floor. I went around and bled all of the brakes, but no luck. There really wasn't much air in the system. It is hard to bleed though, because the brakes never build pressure. There was some stuff running down on the booster, so I figured the master cylinder seals were bad. Now, I don't know what to do. The pedal is easy to push, but in no way could stop the car in a panic. What is the problem with my car?
