PHD, LCA, help.

Im upgradeing my suspension right now and im looking at probably an adjustable panhard bar and adjustable lower control arms. Either UMI, Spohn, BMR or SJM. Should i get the poly ends or the QA1 spherical ends and should i get chrome moly or just mild steel. My car is mostly street driven with occasional road coarse and drag strip use. I would like to get into road raceing a little more in the future.

If you are doing any type of road racing you will want at least one end being a spherical bearing, both would be best but you might loose some ride quality.

Is there extra noise with spherical bushings or what? In a year or two this car will be a full track car with very minimal street use, but for now, its my daily driver. Are there any disadvantages in going with spherical bushings on both ends.
