Plz help differentiate SLP Level 1 and 2

I am considering purchasing a set of lowering springs and SLP is a top choice next to BMR.

Are THESE springs and shocks the Level I or Level II suspension package? I like the specs of the Level II.

Also, can I assume that an SLP .5-.75'' drop will NOT require an adjustable PHR or LCA relocation brackets?

I think that this spring/shock combo + a 32 or 35mm bar is exactly what I'm looking for in a daily driver. I hope it brings my 95 closer to where my 91 (Tokicos) was.
