Popping when pulling out of driveway..

I haven't had a chance to jack the car up yet and take the wheels off.. hopefully this weekend if it gets warm again but when driving out of the driveway or making slow speed turns at like anything higher than a 45 degree angle i notice a slight popping noise coming from the suspension which I am assuming could be a ball joint, you can feel it and its not the nicest sound in the world. I have 275 tires on the front so I am sure they are amplifying the problem. It also will tend to pull a little when coming to a stop over bumps, usually to the right but sometimes to the left depending which way the momentum of the car is going.. i am pretty sure thats mostly the tires. This is for the 98 Z, not the 69 already replaced ball joints on that one!

Besides the ball joints what else should I look for? Im gonna make sure the sway bar is bolted up properly cause I know its not the stock one.. but what else? It's only at slow speeds, havent had it up too fast but this seems to be the only time it does it. I searched too but couldnt find anything relating to just slow speed turns.

Thanks!
