Q's on lowering kits

Just a couple questions on lowering kits.

Will lowering the car with a lowering kit make it handle any better then stock?
(About a 1.5" drop)

Any better launching because of lowering?

Also, anyone have pics of a lowered LT1 TA? Mine has horrible fender wheel gap, that I'd like to eleminate.

Re: Q's on lowering kits

Check out my siq. Lowering will help the car handle better assuming you can correct the suspension geometery, which mean you need to have the front realigned. Also for the rear you'll need to have an adjustable torque arm and lca relocation brackets as well as an adjustable panhard rod to recenter the rear after you lower it.
