re-lube your poly swaybar bushings

I've been hearing a creaking sound from my front suspension lately and I had a hunch it might be from the poly swaybar bushings. So I had a look at them today during an oil change and the silicone grease I put on them when I installed the swaybar was long gone. There were grooves embossed in the powdercoat corresponding with the grooves on the inner surface of the bushing so apparently there was some significant friction between the bushings and the swaybar. I've seen a couple of posts lately about broken swaybar bushing mounts and I suppose that maybe they could fatigue and break if they were run unlubricated for long enough.
