Rear brakes wont bleed out....

I just replaced the rear pads and installed a new rotor on the drivers side....I had to pull the caliper off because the slide was stuck and now I cant get the brakes to bleed out...I crack the bleeder and it just dribbles out no matter how many times its pumped-Am I doing something wrong or could the "ABS Inop" Light that was on previous causing some issure?

Depending on what the ABS DTC was......yes, it could very well be causing this issue. Something in the master cylinder or ABS is causing fluid to not go to the rear wheels.

You could try blowing fluid from the calipers to the master cylinder....

If the ABS light was on, you may have to "home" the ABS motors with a Tech-2 or other high-end scan tool, before you can bleed the brakes.

Could you just disconect the Abs fuse and try it? or is that more complicated than I am thinking?

I'm just going by my Chiltons manual. It says you need to home the motors if there were active codes. I would suspect if pulling the fuse would solve the problem, it would say that. But Chiltons isn't all that accurate at time.
