Rear end thumping

Rear end thumping
Hi All,
Whenever I go over bumps, there is this thumping sound somewhere around the rear of the car. It also happens sometimes when I get in the car too...
I have been under the car 3 times to check/fix the problem but to no avail. My best guess was the torque arm bolts were loose but I tightened them as hard as I could, same problem and I'm no pro when it comes to suspension.
Is there a specific place I should check? LCAs? Panhard rod? Has anyone else have this problem?
All parts are stock except for the Spohn adj TA. Also has new(ish) rear shocks.
Was thinking of replacing the bolts from the relocation bracket of the TA (scraped it a couple of times with the horrible road conditions here) but wanted to be sure...
Thanks,

Hello,
Thanks for the responses, I will check the bushings of the control arms.
I thought that it might have been the exhaust but the thumping is still heard whenever I jack the car up with the rear end unloaded.
It's not the spare tire because I took it out.
If it is the bushings, I will just replace the entire part... should I get adjustable parts although I don't plan to lower the car?
Thanks,

Update:
I replaced the LCAs, PHB, and rear sway bar, all UMI stuff. When I took off the stock LCA, I heard the same thumping when the rear end moved slightly forward and backwards. After the new parts were in, smame thumping, but less frequent now. I have no idea now what it is.
Any suggestions?

I will check the u-joints. It does seems that it thumps/clunks less when I accelerate, but it may just be because I can't hear it over the engine. Lol at this point I'm so used to it that I know WHEN it'll thump, but i guess that's better than having random sounds.
Thanks,

Is the Spohn ADJ TA a chassis mount? If so I had the same thump with mine. I had a Spohn ADJ TA chassis mount with poly bushing. Replaced it with a BMR ADJ trans mount type with poly bushing. Thumping gone.
