rear swaybar ubolts snapped. where to buy?
I was unbolting the rear swaybar to replace it with the 1le version and the bolts hold the bushings to the axle snapped.

In that picture there its labeled Ubolt. Anyone know where I could find one of these? I Doubt a dealership would have these in stock, but i could check. Could i use exhaust clamp ubolts or are they not going to be strong enough?

i believe u can go to any parts store and get u-bolts for a leaf spring suspension
u should be able to find some that fit the axle and the spacer

yeah i went to a dealership today and had them order the ubolts. it was easier than i thought it would be. Since i know the part number, he just had me look at a diagram on his computer and point out what it was. They were only like 6 bucks each too.
Moral of story: Even if you dont have a part number the dealership will help you find out what it is pretty easily and quickly.

i wish the dealership by me was nearly that easy to deal with
the parts guy thats always there gives me a hard time on everything
when i was doing my ls1 brake upgrade i needed the caliper brackets
this guy didnt understand what a caliper bracket was
he asked me for the vin number and everything
i explained it was a brake upgrade on my 87, and the part from any 98-02 camaro would work
at which point he said to me "why would u do that, that sounds stupid why not just get a kit from wilwood or something"
i'm trying to explain how this is cheaper, and i have no money
i went back when i needed a new proportioning valve (i stripped mine accidentally) and instead of just selling me the freaking part he argues with me, telling me i should just get an aftermarket one, blah blah blah
