Ride Quality "Survey"

I posted a thread last week on the ride quality of 3rd gens. Sam Strano, Chewbacca, and a few others were a big help in figuring out my rough ride. Thanks for all your input. Has anyone else bought and installed KYB-gr2 shocks and have a problem with their car "crashing" over little bumps? Which shock/spring combo do you run? I was advised on using Koni's. I like a performance ride, just not that jarring, "concrete spring" feel, where the rear suspension dances and actually kicks the car a little sideways over bumpy roads.

Too stiff of a rear spring will cause this.

I agree...

...and I've heard from others that too stiff of a rear spring will cause the "concrete ride". I've also heard the shocks I'm running are not valved optimum for these cars. I'm gonna borrow stock springs and see what that does. If it works, I'm buying stock (non-z) springs.
Thanks.
