Roll Cage with Backseat?

The cage is ahead of the rear seat, so as far as I'm concerned you can do it.
Your main hoop is at the front edge of your B pillar. The main hoop will not interfere with the rear seat. The rear kickers can be made to go over the seat back. The two things that will limit access to the rear seat are the door bars which the rear passenger will have to crawl over the highest part and the cross bar that is between the main hoop legs which will have to be crawled over or under. I hope whoever you are planning to put back there is small and flexible. But, you had to be small and flexible to get in the rear seat without the cage.
You will still be able to fold your rear seat back down.

It's hard enough to get into the rear seat without having to contend with a roll bar. I doubt it would be legal to have a passenger in the rear seat with the risk of them hitting the roll bar; no air bags in the rear seat
