Rotor rubbing rearend caliper

I have been getting this loud squeak (EEEEEEeeeeeeeeee) when I make hard turns or turns that I have to hold (freeway on-ramps). I have been driving like this for X amount of years now and i am finally tired. I have read that C-Clips and washers can fix this problem. I plan on switching both of my axles to Moser's, and 3.73s, and of course new c-clamps. Just thought I would share some pictures.

Re: Rotor rubbing rearend caliper

Is the caliper rubbing on the rotor, or is it the brake pad rubbing on the unmachined portion of the rotor? Almost looks like the rotor surface should have been cut a 1/4" wider.

I can't say 100%, but I think the rotor is rubbing on the caliper. If u look closely at pictures 3 and 4 you can see little peices of metal on the inside of the caliper facing the rotor
