s60 with umi torque arm

i just finished up putting my new strange s60 rear in my car. i put my umi full length adjustable torque arm on it, and used the outside holes, the holes that put the torque arm farthest from the rear end housing. but, now the arm is hitting the rear seat belt bolt, like that oval plate thing that it bolts to. do i need to cut the arm and use the other holes? the instructions with the umi arm didnt say anything about the s60, only the moser 12 bolt and strange 12 bolt. anyone else have this problem? thanks guys!

you probably have to cut the top outside hole off. I know with my Spohn I had to only cut the top plate outer hole off because to use the inside holes, the top plate hit on the rear end. Make sense? I didn't cut the bottom plate off because I didn't need to. I saved the piece I cut off too, just in case I ever need to weld it back on. I seriously doubt I would ever go back to a stock 10 bolt though.. haha.
