Saving the Brake Light After Removing the ABS

My ABS unit went out a couple of months ago and tripped the "ABS INOP" and "BRAKE" light. I pulled the bulbs on both lights so I wouldn't have to look at the lights lit up on my dash. Now I am planning on removing my ABS with a kit from SJMMANUFACTURING but would still like the use of my "BRAKE" light for my emergency brake.

If any of you have done this, please give me a little help, I'm haven't even looked at the wiring diagram yet so I'm just thinking outloud. All I need, I guess, is to find the wire that runs from the switch that is tripped when the emergency brake is engaged, and make sure it is the only one going to the "BRAKE" light. I would also need to completely remove the wires going to the ABS unit. Or, maybe I could use some resistors to make the computer think the ABS unit was working?

Also, do I really need a line-lock, or could I just turn the proportioning valve down to zero for the rear? All of the kits seem to have a line-lock with the kit though...

Throw out some suggestions.
