SFC's , better late than never?

Hello, my 95 Z has T-Tops and just turned 200K mileage wise. Will SFC's make a improvemnt still considering the age? Current condition is, the dash is cracked in several places and since the cold weather has hit here in Pa. I am starting to hear groaning noises from the hatch area more than I have ever in 12 years of ownership.

One thing I will say this held up way better than my 84 Z which shook itself apart around 70,000 miles. Thanks for reading

I put weld ins in at around 40,000. I took one u turn and there was no question if it was worth it. Im sure at 200,000 your still gonna benefit some.

Yes do it, go with the weld in type!
I've got 2pt weld-in SFC's and I thought it made a difference.

Mines got over 215k on it and im finally going to be getting some sfc on her. Mine floor is starting to get soft in a couple spots so its something that has to be done before the car gets worse structural wise.
