Which Shocks ?
I am planning on changing the shocks in my Daily Driver camaro. I am looking for a smooth ride, and comfort. I have the oem springs. I should change any other part like bushing or something else. It have 110 K

Bilstein or Tokico's are both good replacement shocks well suited to your needs. Bilstein's are better quality (and cost about $50 more). Tokico's are less expensive, but more fragile.
I'd always recommend Bilstein here, but the Tokico's are a workable option. I and I have experience with both (and others).

Not just because you are changing shocks, no. However with 140k miles you might think about going through bushings and ball joints. The bushings will certainly be worn (though maybe not junk), and the balljoints could be fine, or junk.
I did a complete bushing/balljoint set yesterday for a customer. Everything was just over $300 (that's all the control arm bushings, 4 balljoints, and the rear control arm bushings).
