shocks/springs and alignment

How much will the installation of new springs & shocks affect a car's alignment (if at all). I need to get new tires and an alignment. I also have some new shocks and springs that I need to install, wanted to know if I should wait until everything is on there before I go in for alignment. Thanks!

Re: shocks/springs and alignment

id wait.im guessing your getting lowering springs.anytime you change the height or the geometry of the suspension always get an alignment.
