Ryan, I think I am having the same problems as you are. https://www.camaroz28.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=572198 I also have a Spohn unit, long tube crossmember with the polyurethane bushings. I also have a bad vibration. I am also wanting to swap to a stock type torque arm to see if it is the problem. I also have shotty ground clearance and I have the stock Z28 Springs in the front and V-6 springs in the back. I have checked and rechecked the pinion angle and had the brand new Strange DS balanced.

Reading your post makes me think that it might be the torque arm related. I need to swap mine out. But I also have other issues I need to take care of as I am sure my tires arent helping.

What's wrong with your tires?

I know for a fact that a BALD tire can make a car vibrate like it is out of balance. That's happened to me in the past.

i just posted in your thread my96z. i dont know if the ta was the root of the problem, but it was def amplifying the vibration that i did have. i did my pinion angle over and over again and tried it every which way and it didnt matter. i will be installing my ls1 driveshaft, if it ever shows up, and hope that it fixes the problem. my vibration starts at 70 and progressively gets worse. it drives me crazy.

I would be wary of the LS1 Driveshaft... it will snap on you. Mine did...

I have the stuff to put the UMI stock mount non adj. torque arm on. I will do it as soon as the weather clears a bit and will post with results...

Your mods are comparable to mine. I wasnt on the bottle when mine broke. I hope you have better luck than I did.
