Smoking rear

Did a run on a 100 shot today up to about 90mph, and as I slowed down, I noticed a ton of blue smoke coming from the rear of the car. Right away I checked to see where it was coming from...I looked back there and it was coming directly from inside the wheel.

The smoke was very blue and it was coming out alot. There were no abnormal noises coming from there either.

I think spraying 100 from a 20mph roll did it....the car dipped pretty hard. That, or slowing down from 90mph.

Anyways, I noticed some oil slung around the inside of the wheel (slight amount), so I'm guessing it's a bad axle seal?

Re: Smoking rear

Check your brake fluid, coould also be the source of the oil.

Could also be your axle seal like you thought.

Might be a stuck caliper, heating up the disk.

You will need to fix the problem and replace the rear brake pads. They won't be the same after getting coated with oil.
