Re: Sportlines??

Yes, buy some revalved Bilsteins.

Sportlines will rape your stock decarbons, GT or not.

Re: Sportlines??

Springs and shocks work together as a system, so they should be "sized" to work together. Your car will handle better by upgrading your shocks. If you have over 50K miles on the stock shocks, they could already be leaking (one of my DeCarbons was leaking when I yanked it at 42K). Give Sam Strano a call or visit stranoparts.com, he's a F-Body suspension expert.

Re: Sportlines??

300$ isn't bad for a quality shock set. No, not "right" away, but the decarbons wont last long, and the ride will be crap in the meantime.

Re: Sportlines??

if you are going with sportlines just get bilstein hds. You dont need them revalved for the sportlines.

Re: Sportlines??

KYB AGX are cheaper, and they look cool too...just like decarbons!!

any way, dont think you'll be stuck with bilsteins because there are alternatives.
