Springs to Match Bilstein HD's

Got a a 94 Vert Z28 with Bilstein HD's running on 17 inch Torque Thrust II's.

Looking for new springs since the car has around 78 K miles on it.

I have read all over so far that the 1LE or stock replacements would be best.
Now I have no problem doing that if that is what is the best, but would the 1LE's be better for the Bilstein HD's or perhaps using the Strano Performance 1.2 inch lowering springs.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also a quick side note, has anyone ever used the Blue Summit spark plug wire sets?

thanks
Mike
