Stainless Hose for LS1 Brake Upgrade

Anyone have a source for stainless or braided brake hose that will make the LS1 brake upgrade on a LT1 car a bit easier. It sounds like the LT1/LS1 lines are too short when using the existing hose/line mounting bracket, requiring bending and other adjustments. There must be a hose that will be long enough that will bolt to the caliper and use existing brackets at the hose/brake line junction.

Mfgr and part numbers would be helpful or a vendor source.

Thanks..

I just did this upgrade today,I used the regular C5 corvette brake lines, part number 10333772, I bought them for $56 (for 2 of them) after shipping from gmpartsdirect.com. the only modification I did was to use my dremel and grind off a tab on the brakeline so they will fit thru the stock LT1 brake location to connect to the hardline, took about 15 seconds to grind it off. they work well, I can go from lock to lock without stretching the lines. Come to think of it, that was with the car in the air, with the front wheels on the floor, there's probably even more slack.

Earl's lines for LS1 cars will work, the rears fit on LT1s although the driver side rear is a bit longer than it needs to be.
As far as I know the OEM LS1 lines will work without modifications.

Kore 3 makes awesome braided lines that will help you avoid having to dremel anything. I have them and love them.
