Stock Ride Height

I have around 2 3/4" from the top of my tires (275/40/17) to the bottom of my wheel wells on all 4 corners. Is this the stock height? I have been wondering if the car has been lowered at all and I figured you guys could help me out. TIA.

Thumbs up

If their the factory gm springs sounds to me like their worn-out.

Otherwise around a 1" lowering spring. IMO

Before I lowered my camaro it looked like you could put a 12oz soda can on top of the tire, just to reach the top of the wheelwell arch.

Sounds about right for stock. Lowering springs are usually painted, so you could start by looking there.

I took a peek under the car and the springs are black, or used to be black, and the shocks look like an orange color. Can't see a brand name on the shocks but I saw the letters MV. Don't know if that is stock shocks or not (at 116k miles, I hope not. It doesn't ride bad or bouncy).

So since it seems that I ride lower than stock, my (stock) springs have worn out evenly on all 4 corners??
