Question Strut mounts???where can I find them

I am getting some Drop Zone springs for my car and it already has 198k miles on it.. Where can I find some strut mounts at a good price?? I havent found any on Summit or SLP I just dont want to re-use the originals since i'm replacing the springs and will have everything apart..

I'm used to replacing strut bushings on the Volkswagens and Audi's I work on every day so I figured the Z28 would have strut bushings as well but all I found is "strut mount" if thats what I need cool.. but where is a good place to get.

Thanks, Thomas

Your local auto supply should have them as well as the dealer.

4th gens don't have "struts".

It does not have struts in the front; they are mislabeled as struts because the spring mounts on the shock similar to a strut.

A front suspension with struts does not use an upper a-arm; F-Bodies have upper a-arms.

Lots of replacement part companies call them struts, too. Don't be embarrassed.

Look for shock mount and insulator.
