subframe connectors

hey everyone. i've got an 87 iroc with a custom built 350 in it that's pulling about 425hp at the crank. i'm currently running a 700R4 that i broke the night i bought the car and the thing only had 300 miles on it (not really sure how it happened. i think it was just because it was an advanced auto parts tranny. the guy worked there and probably got a good deal on it, but its not the brand i would have gone for), and in the rear ive got an open set of 2.73s. right now the tranny will not shift into 3rd or 4th gear, but once i replace the tranny i want to put a set of 3.73s in it that i have in my living room and take it to the track to see what the baby will do.

my problem is that i was driving it down the road a couple weeks ago and at about 25 mph i pulled it down into first gear and slammed on the gas, and when it launched i looked down at the hood and the whole front end was waving and twisting around. obviously, this is not good.

so finally, the question. after paying to have the gears installed and having my 700R4 performance built by a local race transmission builder that my buddy is in good with, i really wont have any money. i need to know, what's the cheapest and easiest way to put some ties on this car. i cant allow it to twist like that with those 3.73s in the back. i seriously think it'll cause perm damage if the issue is not addressed and i run it down the track a few times, especially cause i have t-tops.
what's the cheapest way to have bolt in connectors so i can pull them out when im not going to the track if they cause problems on the road, cause i just put a 1" drop on it with new springs and shocks and i dont wanna go welding the things in if its gonna cause problems.

sorry for the rambling you guys, but any help would be appreciated
