Suspension

I'm looking into lowering my 95 Z28 with 18in rear 17in front and was wondering what is a good spring kit to buy? I also don't have a clue on what kind of shocks to use with the lowering springs if anybody could help it would be much appreciated.

I'm wanting to go as low as i possible can with 18in tires without having a rubbing issue's. My car has so much body roll as it sits and getting rid of that is my goal and a better stance wouldn't hurt either.
