list to learn:

1. dont bump your thread after an hour.
2. learn to not drive like a jackass, this is the only way you wont hit things.
3. TIRES, get sticky ones, this changes with drag or street, good drag means you'll probably hit that pole easier. get tires that are best for your needs.
4. SFC's, I like the double diamond SLP ones.
5. LCA's, tubular are fine
6. springs and more importantly shocks, what ones depend on what you want to do with the car, street or strip. if strip you will again make it easier to hit that pole.
7. SEARCH BUTTON, this should be one now that I think about it.

Searching this would have brought up a good amount of info.

Traction for handling I am assuming. (more street then road course stuff)

Tires, G force TA KD's

Subframes, SLP weld in

LCA, I like BMR or spohn (budget depending)
LCA relocations (if you do the prokit drop)

then springs and shocks.
eibach pro kit (1.3" drop) or SLP eibachs (.6" drop or so)
shocks, koni SA or DA up front, and bilstien HD in the rear.
or Bilstein all around (slp's or HD)

i haven't noticed any real traction improvements with my sfc's...

only thing i can think of for retaining traction around a slow turn would be tires and paying attention the throttle...

i don't really think that aftermarket lca's are that great of an improvement....but i do see the benefits of relocation brackets if you lower your car...

I've noticed that SFC are subjective almost.....???

tire will be a big improvement in street driving.

LCA will help the launch a bit, dont know if it does anything for hte corners.

I think LCA do help cornering...more so at lower speeds, because of the additional traction. After I put my LCAs in, felt like a fat lady was sitting on my rear spoiler as I was driving.

For what you're describing, I'd say tires first!!! All this suspension stuff ain't going to help if you have $25 tires with 10% thread.

The BFGs that XRide suggest are good, but you can also try Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 or Bridgestone S-03. Wanna a little cheaper...try Firestone Firehawk SZ-50s.
