Talk to Sam. He races F-body in the SCCA. Stock spring are the best all around spring for these cars. Koni's are awesome on these cars, plus they will allow you to lower the car about 3/4". You can still use the stock springs.

I'd like to know the simplest things to make this car turn better as well.

I was thinking Eibach Lowering Springs in the rear only. SFC and sway bars for starters. Then I want to put QA1 coilovers all around. In due time of course, but I want to start somewhere.
