suspension setup

I need some help setting up my suspension. Right now i am pulling 1.9 60fts consistantly....with a couple of 1.7 60ft's on NOS. I would like to get into 1.5-1.7 on engine alone....I have a moser 9" with 3.89 gears...spohn adjustable TA...spohn LCA's, MT ET Street radials(275 40 17), and its a M6 car. Any help or suggestions will be greatly appriciated.....

relocation brackets perhaps...

remove the front sway bar and maybe install a drag sway bar in the back.

I recently installed a supercharger on the car and had to remove the front sway bar to make the installation easier, i never did put it back on...lol....I was thinking about relocation brackets, any brands that you suggest??? What are the benefits of a rear drag sway bar?

I'm pretty partial to the Spohn products, they make relocation brackets, as do many other vendors. I would look into the weld-in versions versus the bolt-ins. The rear drag sway bar should help with body roll at the track during harder launches adding more stability to the car.

Make sure your pinion is set corectly...usually 1.5-2.0 deg negative, square the rear under the car to make sure its not a wee bit crooked (which is why adj LCAs are nice) and go to at least a 16" wheel with 255 50 R16 M/T radials or 15"s...With an M6 you need more side wall to help you hook...The 17s just don't have enough side wall to absorb the shock of a clutch dump...I had a similar problem with my A4 car with 17s...went to 16s and went 1.55s all day long....
