Thoughts on lakewood Drive Shaft Safety Loop

I own a convertible and all the existing after market tunnel braces will not fit my car. I spoke with Lakewood and they assured me that their safety loop will fit a convertible. If that is true, I can get a loop and the a tunnel brace in one piece.

Anyone out there have one of thes installed on their convertible?

Thanks.
