true pinion angle

i just installed a new spohn adj torque arm, and i think i understand the directions but how exactly do you find the true pinion angle??

Thats a good link but i ve talking to a lot of guy and this method is not the best one.

The main difference between the 2 is that in the first one you take the ds angle and on the other one you take the transmission output shaft angle wich is supposed to be more precise .
