Vert springs

Are convertible springs stiffer than hardtop/T-top springs in a F-body?

No, they are the same springs for convertibles, hardtops, and softtops.

V6 fbodys got different springs than V8's did.

LS1 cars got slightly different springs than the LT1 cars did.
