want my car to handle better -- any help or advise??

I have a 94 camaro z28 m6. Everything on the suspension is stock except. traction action lakewood lift bars, sub frames. I also have 17 9.5" z06 with bfg all way around. Is there more stuff I can do to really get better handling. I was thinking lowering the car as well

First thing to do is to get better shocks IMO. However, if you are also thinking about lowering, it would be wise to purchase springs/shocks together and have the shocks valved for your specific spring rates. Or you can buy good adjustable shocks and take care of the valving issues that way (such as Koni SAs).

Also, a couple questions for you:
- What kind of budget are you on?
- What are your plans for the car (street only, street/drag, street/autoX etc.)

Let us know so we can help you better.

Money is not really a issue at this point. I never use the car for drag racing it's a car that I like to take out on the weekends to have some fun on the streets. Theres allot of corners and turns that I usally make with the car. I just wanted to improve the way it handles more.

I wish I had that problem.

You sound like a similar driver like me...less drag, more weekend fun.

So you have wider tires and SFC already...try:

1. Beefier front sway bar.
2. Shock tower brace.
3. Good set of of shocks (if lowering, might as well do it same time).
4. Lower control arms (if lowering, get relocation brackets).

If money is no issue, give Sam at Strano Parts a call. Not many people know the F-body suspension better than him, and he will get you what you need and steer you OUT of what you don't. You can get his number from his website (www.stranoparts.com)

Definetly get a panhard rod for the rear. I'd also look into a aftermarket torque arm it will allow you to put more power down coming out of a corner.

Another vote for Sam Strano; he's an F-Body suspension expert.

I did go with sam. Here is what I think.

Strut tower brace(not a huge improvment but about 100 bucks if you can afford it)
Front sway bar(use the 35mm hollow, I got the 35 soild but that is before the solid and there both good. 200 bucks or less
Good shocks-(blistein HD"s 329 if you have more money get the revalves at 550.
