Thanks Sam. I think the car does sit a little lower than stock. I can tell the shock are worn out because the rebound way to fast, they slam out. The reason why i'm thinking about keeping the stock springs is becuase I'm going to be an insurance adjuster and logged tons of miles daily, so the ride needs to be good.

Going back to the SFC debate, what about with t-tops (like mine) or convertibles, still not worth it?

For t-tops and convertables SFCs can only help the structure of the car. If you a coup than they are not worth it.
