SHOCKS!!!!! The shocks are the most important part. Don't skimp on these.

The other things *may* be needed but are not always necessary.

Well, I guess it mainly depends on what springs you are looking at running.

Bilstein HDs are the bare minimum shock to run with any aftermarket spring.

Re: what is needed when loweing car?

You can run stock shocks with your springs (if you don't have the money to upgrade right away). I've known many to run stock springs for over a year after lowering their cars. You'll want an adj panhard rod to re-center your rear geometry. We always recommend the A. panhard to our customers who buy our springs. Good luck and if you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

Without shocks, your ride and handling will become horrible, pissing you off, and causing you extra labor when you finally get shocks. I am speaking from experience.

Adjustable PHRs are great if you need them, but they aren't always necessary.
