What settings for KYB AGX shocks?

What settings do you use for regular street driving with your KYB AGX shocks, front and rear?

From what I've read on them they're either rock hard or too soft so all the in-between settings won't matter.

Just an FYI, your LS1 is NOT 350 ci. Try 346.

Re: What settings for KYB AGX shocks?

I have mine set to 4 front and back and it's ok for the most part.

Either this weekend or next I will pull it out of the garage and take it for a spin, with the setting on 5 and then 6, just to see if I like either setting better than the current.

I do have the back seats removed and heavy speaker box with 2x 10 inch woofers.

I would suggest you try different settings and see which one will work best for your needs.

Hope this helps.

I ran those on my '96 Z. Had to set them on 12 to avoid dips causing me to bottom out. Not sure if you lowered your car any, but they don't like lowered cars. They blew about 5 months after I installed them.. I will never run them again. Koni or Bilstien for me from now on. Just my opinion.

Re: What settings for KYB AGX shocks?

Ive got about 36k on mine now, no problems.
I run the fronts at 1 and the rears stiff like 6 or 7.
Its a street racer so I leave em like that all the time.

If you had it set on "12" then you did not have AGXs.
