What SS lines do I need if I have TCS?

I have been looking into getting Earl's SS Hyperfirm brake lines for the front and rear of my TA. I have heard that you need a separate line for cars with TCS. Why is this?

I was snooping around under my car today and noticed that there are a total of 6 rubber brake lines on my car...1 at each front caliper, 2 at each rear caliper, and 2 that link the lines from the body to the lines on the rear axle.

I have been told it is not necessary to replace the lines that go from the body to the axle...why is this? It's part of the system...why leave them out?

Here are the PN's that I have come across for my car:

28A460 for the 4 lines kit (F&R)
28A099 Rear line for cars with TCS (what is this for?)

Are these the correct #'s?

All help is appreciated.

Thanks!

-Josh
