What would cause my steering wheel to vibrate back and forth above 40mph?

What would cause my steering wheel to vibrate back and forth above 40mph?

I've had my wheels balanced. I'm wondering if a bearing is going out. My car just hit 100k just FYI. I've inspected and nothing seems out of the norm. GM also inspected and said nothing was wrong accept my toe is off and I would need an alignment.

Thanx
Finch

Alignment could be all it is. Or you could have a steering knuckle that's bad.
